Due to the fact all our work is bespoke, we provide all quotations for new orders in writing via email.
Please do call us to discuss your requirements or email our Sales Team with the full details, and we will be happy to email you a written quotation, with all costs broken down.
Our quotations may include a price for artwork / set-up, which will include simple "authors amends" after the initial proof. Further amendments will be charged at our hourly rate, plus VAT.
VAT will be charged where applicable. It is chargeable on some, but not all printed products. Click here for a full list of VATable and Zero rated print products (Adobe PDF reader required)
We are happy to accept payment by Credit Card - in person or by telephone, or in cash. We regret we no longer accept personal cheques in payment for non-account orders.
*Submitting print-ready artwork
We kindly request that all files are supplied in print ready .PDF format and are saved as high resolution (300dpi minimum) with bleed and trim marks, with fonts saved to outlines.
We can work from the following files*: .doc .docx .pptx .xlsx .ai .eps .png .psd .jpg .tif .indd .qxd .qxp (if you are sending files that are .ai, .pdf, or .eps, please make sure you outline your fonts).
*A set-up fee will be charged in order to prepare files submitted in any of the above formats, in order to bring them to a print ready state and proof back to you, prior to printing.
Please ensure all image files are saved as CMYK and not RGB.
We cannot accept Publisher or Corel Draw files - please export as a high res pdf in this instance.
